About the role

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented consultant to join our dynamic team at GetFrankly. You'll play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring we deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

This position requires a solid background in premium product or service sales, business development, relationship building abilities, professional maturity to engage in discussions with stakeholders and major clients, and an ability to connect the right personnel with the appropriate opportunity. We'd be delighted if you enjoyed the sales process and want to work in the executive search business.

The role is available on either an employment contract or a B2B basis, providing flexibility for experienced individuals looking for an independent work environment.

Responsabilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, industry-specific requirements, and company culture.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for a variety of roles within different industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and skill requirements within diverse sectors.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates for immediate and future placements.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships to expand the agency's reach.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analyze recruitment data and collaborate with the team to translate insights into actionable strategies that optimize our search processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of success in a generalist recruitment role, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding recruitment goals and consistently placing highly qualified candidates across different industries.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment or CRM software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience working independently and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective decisions.
• Passionate about fostering talent connections and helping others find fulfilling career paths.
