They created a space where disruptive technology speakers can share insights into what the future might look like. About the role
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the services sales field, particularly within a startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Romanian, and demonstrate effective organizational and teamwork abilities. A willingness to explore and learn new sales techniques and business development strategies is essential.
Scope and General Expectations: You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, leveraging your expertise to present, promote, and sell services effectively.
Responsabilities:
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing/potential clients
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Grow the sales pipeline for all company categories
- Reach out to new customer leads through cold calling/cold emailing
- Account management (you will be the main point of contact for partners & implements the full partnership in coordination with the team, until the post-event partners report is sent)
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze and track sales and status reports using our CRM, Streak
- Perform market research and stay up to date on marketing trends and tactics.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative/sales business manager
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs)
- Familiarity withCRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
