About the role

The future CFO will be responsible for the full coordination of the financial function, driving performance improvement, implementing robust financial controls, and supporting strategic initiatives such as ERP implementation and organizational transformation. The role is critical in providing actionable insights to the leadership team and ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Responsabilities:

• Lead and coordinate all financial activities of the company
  
• Supervise monthly closings and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  
• Develop detailed financial reports and presentations for management
  
• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and initiate corrective actions
  
• Study long-term economic trends and assess business impacts
  
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose restructuring solutions
  
• Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and company policies
  
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  
• Manage cash flow (actual and forecast)
  
• Update controls and procedures to mitigate business risks
  
• Oversee finance team performance and development
  
• Collaborate with other departments for accurate reporting and analysis
  
• Drive digital transformation and ERP implementation
  
• Consolidate financial and controlling functions

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role, preferably in a production environment
  
• Solid experience with IFRS and financial consolidation
  
• Proven track record in projects like M&A, ERP implementation, or transformation initiatives
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
