Role Overview:

As a Principal Fullstack Engineer (.Net, Angular, AWS), you will join Zenitech’s platform engineering team, contributing to high-impact digital transformation projects. You will collaborate within a multicultural, distributed team, influencing engineering culture, mentoring developers, and leading the design and implementation of modern applications with complex business logic.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fullstack development and technical leadership, who thrives in cloud-native environments and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set technical direction across teams and guide high-level system design.
  
• Design and implement scalable applications using .NET Core, Angular, and AWS.
  
• Mentor and coach cross-functional team members to ensure code quality and professional growth.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to define and implement user stories.
  
• Influence architectural decisions, produce design artefacts, and deliver backend prototypes.
  
• Ensure continuous improvement through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD integration.
  
• Support production systems in collaboration with QA, DevOps, and operations teams.
  
• Maintain a strong focus on clean architecture, maintainability, and performance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on development role at a commercial software company
• Expertise in designing and implementing distributed enterprise software solutions
• Experience with event-base architectures, messaging patterns and microservices
• Knowledge of .Net Core and Angular (Angular 7+ may be a big plus)
• Experience with AWS services and solutions
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with at least one CI/CD system
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and Helm charts
• Successfully manage own workload, and take personal responsibility and ownership for delivery, behaviors, and self-improvement
• Experience in mentoring and technical interviewing
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM/Lean software development
