This is a senior MS&T role for professionals who want to shape processes, build technical legacy and lead within an environment where scientific control, compliance and operational resilience truly matter.
Responsabilities:
Lead, structure and develop the MS&T function at site level, ensuring strong technical capability, organizational maturity and high-performing teams.
Maintain and enhance scientific control of key processes, ensuring stability, validated parameters and predictable operational outcomes.
Oversee technical change management, risk assessments and impact evaluations affecting processes, technology and controlled documentation.
Lead site-level technology transfers and implementation of new solutions into manufacturing environments, including operational start-up readiness.
Own and steer validation strategy and execution, including Validation Master Plan implementation.
Ensure full alignment with strict compliance expectations, regulatory frameworks, governance requirements and audit readiness.
Provide technical stewardship across the full lifecycle of products/processes.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, OPEX, Supply Chain and other critical stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen capability.
Support strategic investment projects (CAPEX), integrating technical, operational and compliance requirements from concept to deployment.
Drive standardization, best-practice reapplication, continuous improvement and technical excellence across the site and broader network.
Ideal Profile
Experience in advanced manufacturing environments with highly controlled, regulated or mission-critical processes
Proven technical leadership, managing specialized teams and complex programs
Strong expertise in process governance, validation, change management and lifecycle stewardship
High capability in interpreting complex technical documentation and driving data-based decisions
Ability to operate effectively between strategy, governance and on-the-ground operational support
Integrity, resilience, composure, excellent judgment and ability to uphold uncompromising standards
