The Mission
For an early-stage EdTech company making learning practical and measurable. They have strong foundations and are currently validating our Go-to-Market engine. You will help shape their growth while positioning and product are still evolving.
The Role
You will own the organic demand and lifecycle engine. This is a builder role for someone who loves combining systems (CRM/Ops) with narratives (Content/Email).
Focus: CRM, Email, Content, Events, Community.
Out of Scope: You are not responsible for paid acquisition, brand design, or full-stack Product Marketing.
What You'll Own (The 5 Pillars)
CRM & Lifecycle: Own the architecture (segmentation, tagging, hygiene). Build the "Lead $\to$ Customer" journey and ensure Sales has clear pipeline visibility.
Email Programs: Move beyond "blasts." Create nurture, onboarding, and reactivation sequences based on data and A/B testing.
High-Value Content: Produce long-form content that sells. Focus on practical insights (blogs) and measurable outcomes (case studies), not fluff.
Events: Manage end-to-end execution of webinars, roundtables, and meetups. Your goal is to turn "attendees" into "conversations."
Community: Build a professional community that drives credibility, referrals, and product feedback.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
CRM: A clean, segmented database that Sales trusts (no "mystery leads").
Email: 1-2 automated lifecycle journeys are live and converting.
Content: A steady rhythm of case studies and supporting posts.
Events: One repeatable event format that generates qualified leads.
The Reality: Why Join?

The Challenge: We are in the Seed stage. Product-Market Fit is still being validated. Data might be messy, resources are limited, and you must be comfortable with iteration and "good enough" vs. "perfect."
Who You Are
Experience: ±3 to 5 years in B2B Marketing (SaaS, Services, or EdTech).
Ops Mindset: Comfortable owning CRM mechanics, reporting, and funnels.
Storyteller: Excellent copywriting skills for long-form content and email.
Executor: Proven experience running events and campaigns end-to-end.
Collaborator: You can align closely with Sales/CS to close feedback loops.
