About the role
This role is responsible for independently managing and developing a portfolio of accounts across Central North Romania region in Romania, driving revenue and margin growth through structured sales plans and strong customer relationships. A key focus is identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the region while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets in Central North Romania
Build, manage, and expand relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service, back office, RECON) to ensure seamless customer experiences, effective go-to-market strategies as well as after market support
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations of equipment to potential and existing customers, ensuring they understand the value and functionality of the solutions offered.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for management to evaluate progress and refine strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand awareness and build relationships.
Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technical or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, within an industrial-related sector (industrial equipment, occupational health and safety, industrial consumables), supported by an established portfolio of industrial clients
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while aligning with broader company goals.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data to drive informed decision-making.
Experience in managing sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Field sales mindset with availability for frequent travel at national level (approximately 75% of the time).
About the Offer:
Fixed salary + Variable bonus (paid quarterly) upon reaching the set & agreed targets
