As the Business Support team continues to grow, they are now looking for a new colleague to join their expanding Cluj-based operations.
About the Role
As a Business Support Representative, you’ll be at the heart of back-office operations, ensuring accurate data handling, customer support, and administrative processing.
This is a hybrid position based in Cluj, reporting to the Team Leader of the Business Support Team EMEA.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and Esker, providing timely and effective support.
Accurately input invoices, orders, and other data into SAP and/or customer portals.
Process and manage orders, quotes, and service notifications (including repair requests).
Handle customer disputes by tracking and resolving issues in a structured and professional manner.
Administer service and rental contracts throughout their full lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
Support reporting tasks and provide assistance with customer portal management.
Adapt to team priorities and contribute to additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proficiency (C1-C2 level) in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ERP Proficiency: Skilled in using ERP platforms for data entry and reporting.
Resilience: Maintains focus and professionalism under pressure.
Customer-Focused: Polite, solution-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Team Player: Collaborates effectively across diverse and international teams.
Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with numbers, data accuracy, and contract compliance.
