About the role

As an RPA Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise automation solutions using UiPath.

You'll collaborate closely with technical consultants, architects and customers while taking ownership of automation projects throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsabilities:

• Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents and technical documentation.

• Develop reusable, maintainable and high-quality automation workflows.

• Estimate development effort and manage your own delivery.

• Perform troubleshooting and optimize existing automations.

• Work with UiPath Orchestrator for deployment preparation, monitoring and automation management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Follow development standards, best practices and code quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of hands-on experience with UiPath development.

• Strong understanding of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

• Experience working with REFramework.

• Ability to design complete automation solutions, not only individual workflows.

• Experience integrating APIs or external systems.

• Good understanding of software development principles and clean coding practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

• Professional English communication skills. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Document Understanding or AI Center.

• Microsoft Power Platform experience.

• SQL knowledge.

• Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD experience.

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI services.

• SAP automation experience.

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
